How long until I receive my order?
Free tracked shipping worldwide: 7 to 20 business days. You will get a tracking number within 24h of ordering.
Can I customize or engrave a box?
Yes. Engraving on the brass clasp or a personalized message inside is possible on Signature and Sovereign. Email me with what you want and I will quote within a day.
Do you do wholesale or 5+ unit orders?
Yes. Special pricing applies for 5 or more units, between 10 and 20 percent discount depending on quantity. Email hello@ormelyaparis.com with your needs.
What if the box does not match my ring?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Prepaid return label provided, no questions asked.
