Processing time

Every order is processed within 48 hours, weekends included. Your box ships tracked and in protective packaging, directly from our production partner. You receive the tracking number by email the moment it is on its way to you.

Free shipping worldwide. Estimated delivery 7 to 20 business days, fully tracked. Times exclude customs clearance.

Discreet packaging

The outer shipping box says nothing about Ormelya, ring boxes, or jewellery. No one at home or at work will guess what is inside. The invoice is sent by email only, never inside the parcel.

If your proposal is in less than 10 days, write to hello@ormelyaparis.com before you order. We will tell you honestly whether we can make it on time. Express shipping options are available on request for most destinations (typically 2 to 4 business days, surcharge applies).

Duties and taxes

worldwide, Australia, and New Zealand orders, all duties and import taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout. No surprise fees at delivery. For other destinations, duties may be due on arrival depending on local rules.

Returns · 30 days, no questions asked

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return your order for any reason. The box must be in its original condition, unused, with its original packaging.

We cover return shipping for orders within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union. For other destinations, the return shipping is at your charge.

We send you a prepaid return label by email (for eligible countries)
Drop the parcel at any local carrier point
Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving the return at our studio

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank settlement times vary (Visa and Mastercard typically 3 to 5 business days, PayPal instant, Shop Pay 1 to 2 business days).

Exchanges

Wrong colour? Wrong edition? Send it back within 30 days and we will exchange it free of charge. Tell us which one you want at the same time you request the return. We ship the new one as soon as the original is on its way back to us.

Damaged or defective in transit

If the box arrives damaged or the LED does not work out of the parcel, photograph it (the parcel and the box) and write to us within 7 days of delivery. We ship a replacement at no cost, no return required for damaged items.

12-month guarantee on materials and hardware

The microfibre, the magnetic clasp, the LED, the battery, and the stitching are covered for 12 months from purchase. If any of these fails under normal use within a year, we replace the box at no cost. The guarantee does not cover damage from solvents, immersion in water, or deliberate force.

Lost or stuck in transit

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, write to us. We open a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement immediately. You do not wait for the claim to resolve.
